I aim to assist students in building a connection with their instrument - that is the goal - "progress" is a side effect of the development of that connection.
Over the years I have had a number of excellent teachers. I am particularly indebted to pianist Connie Crothers and saxophonists Richard Tabnik & Hayden Chisholm. Their music & teachings are continued sources of inspiration.
Currently I am not taking on any new students but I am happy to answer any questions you may have regarding playing the saxophone or jazz improvisation.
